An Invitation into Identity, Purpose, Brand, and Legacy

By submitting this form and checking the acceptance box below, you acknowledge and agree that if Oasis Promotions, LLC (“Company”) approves your application and accepts you into The Iconic Legends Program™ (“Program”), this Agreement becomes a legally binding contract between you and the Company.

You confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms outlined below. The Company may update this Agreement as needed and will notify you via the email address you provide. A copy of this Agreement will be emailed to you automatically for your records upon submission.

Program Commitment & Investment

By enrolling in The VIP Iconic Legends Program™, you commit to the full 12-month experience. You agree to pay the total Program investment in full, whether in a single payment or through an approved payment plan.

This commitment applies regardless of attendance, level of participation, or early withdrawal. All payments are non-refundable and due by the 5th of each month. Late payments are subject to a $50 late fee plus $5 per day until paid.

Program Integrity & Participation

The VIP Iconic Legends Program™ is a high-level, sacred container designed for deep personal and professional transformation. To protect the integrity of the Program, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, suspend, or terminate participation—without refund—if a participant’s conduct is disruptive, violates Program guidelines, or interferes with the Coach or other participants.

Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all Program participants, Coaches, and Company representatives.

All discussions, ideas, strategies, recordings, and materials shared within the Program are confidential and proprietary. They may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, or used outside the Program.

All Program materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Oasis Promotions, LLC, and are provided for your personal participation only. Unauthorized duplication, sharing, or commercial use is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in the event of a breach.

No Guarantees

While the Program is designed to support awakening, alignment, and amplification of the message you were born to carry, no specific outcomes, earnings, or results are guaranteed.

Your success depends on your personal effort, readiness, and engagement. You acknowledge that participation involves personal and financial responsibility and that your Program investment does not place undue hardship on you or your family.
