Dear Visionary,

There is so much happening in our world right now. And as a visionary, I often find myself asking:

What can I do to make it better?

What can I do to help rewrite humanity's cultural story? I'll admit, sometimes I become exhausted just thinking about the magnitude of what needs to be done.

But recently, something became very clear to me: I don't have to do it all.

I need to find the people who have also been given an assignment—and help them do their part.

That realization became one of the driving forces behind a major decision I recently made.

I closed my coaching practice.

I have loved helping people rise where they live, love, and lead. But I know there is something more I am being called to do in this season.

I want to work closely with serious visionaries who aren't interested in spending the next decade chasing likes, followers, and algorithms.

I want to work with the men and women who are ready to take the wisdom, experiences, gifts, ideas, and calling inside of them and build something capable of impacting the world.

Because I believe we all arrive here with an assignment. A divine purpose. And many people never fully live it out.

Not because they don't care. Sometimes they simply haven't discovered what it is. And sometimes they know exactly what they're called to do—but have absolutely no idea how to build something around it.

Think about it. Perhaps you know you're here to help women heal from relationship pain.

Beautiful. But how do you market healing? How do you monetize it? How do you turn that calling into intellectual property? A methodology? Programs? Media? A community? A movement?

How do you build something that creates both meaning and money...impact and income...purpose and prosperity? That's the work that fascinates me.

And I've discovered how to take a person's purpose, story, wisdom, and life's work and begin wrapping an ecosystem around it—one capable of creating tremendous impact while opening pathways to sustainable wealth.

Because there is a sweet spot where who you are intersects with what you were put here to do.

And when you find it, success feels different. You're no longer merely accomplishing. You're fulfilling an assignment.

And now I'm looking for 10. For the next 18 months, I am committing myself to working closely with 10 visionary men and women who are ready to build something significant.

Not another personal brand.

Not another social media following.

Not another business that completely depends upon them to survive.

I'm talking about building your life's work into an ecosystem.

Your story. Your message. Your methodology. Your programs. Your media. Your community. Your leaders. Your movement. Your revenue. Your legacy.

I Know Something About Doing Big Things. This isn't the first time I've looked at something and thought, This needs to change.

When I entered the modeling industry in 1983, there were very few opportunities for Black models.

In many fashion shows, you might see one Black model—if you saw one at all. I decided I wanted to help change the way the world saw beauty.

So I pushed. I challenged. I advocated. I opened doors. Eventually, I booked eight Black models in one of the nation's hottest fashion shows.

And then something interesting happened. Major agencies began paying attention. Scouts flew in from New York, London, Italy, and other places to see the talent we were developing.

Something that once seemed unusual began becoming more normal. The culture was changing.

That experience taught me something I've carried for decades: You don't have to accept the world as it is.

Visionaries help create what comes next. I've spent more than four decades building, disrupting, connecting, creating opportunities, and helping other people bring big ideas into the world.
