Please read and sign the following Advocate agreement, and complete the registration form to begin your training.

This Agreement sets the terms under which an individual becomes a member. It remains a Certified Fatherless Daughter Advocate (the "Advocate") authorized to present and/or facilitate The Journey to Being Process™ (the "Program") under the auspices of The Fatherless Daughters Network ("FDN"), a subsidiary of Oasis Promotions, LLC.

1) Definitions
FDN: The Fatherless Daughters Network, a subsidiary of Oasis Promotions, LLC.
Program: The Journey to Being Process™ curriculum and all related materials, media, tools, and methods.
Advocate: An individual certified by FDN under this Agreement.

2) Certification Requirements (to earn certification)
To become a Certified Fatherless Daughter Advocate, you must:

  • Complete Training: Attend and complete an FDN-approved live or virtual Journey to Being Process™ Advocate Training.

  • Ongoing Development: Attend at least one FDN Quarterly Training Workshop (live or virtual) each certification year.

  • Annual Licensing Fee: Remit a $195 Annual Advocate Licensing Fee on your certification anniversary.

  • Good Standing: Remain current on all training and licensing fees.

  • Annual Impact: Host at least one live or virtual Fatherless Daughter event per year.

  • Agreement: Agree to and comply with the terms in this Agreement.

3) Privileges Upon Certification
Upon meeting the requirements and remaining in good standing:
You receive a Certificate of Completion and the approved title "Certified Fatherless Daughter Advocate."
You may promote yourself as a Certified Fatherless Daughter Advocate and facilitate the Program, either virtually or in person, within your community.
You may not refer to yourself as an FDN Leader, Educator, Coach, Therapist, or any FDN employee/agent title.

4) License Grant & Scope

FDN grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to facilitate the Program directly to end participants (women and girls) in live (in-person or real-time virtual) settings.

This license:
Does not allow you to train, certify, or authorize other facilitators.
Does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship with FDN. You act only as an independent contractor.

5) Teaching & Delivery Standards
Teach in Full: To preserve integrity and outcomes, you are strongly encouraged to deliver the Program content in its entirety; however, it can be broken into separate modules as needed.

Live Facilitation Only: The Program must be delivered live (in-person or real-time virtual). Pre-recorded delivery is not permitted.

Supplemental Content: You may include or integrate additional materials relevant to your audience, provided they are clearly identified as separate from the Program and include separate handouts and support materials.

6) Conduct & Brand Protection
You acknowledge that your conduct reflects on FDN and Angela Carr Patterson.

You agree to:
Uphold professional, lawful, and respectful conduct.
Avoid language or scenarios disrespectful to participants' race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, politics, or socioeconomic status.
Use appropriate, sensitive role-plays and examples.
FDN may immediately revoke your authorization and terminate this Agreement if your conduct violates laws, creates disturbance, or harms FDN's reputation.

7) Professional Status & Limitations

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of FDN.
You may not present yourself as an FDN employee/agent (including on business cards, websites, or marketing). You may not offer independent training or workshops to train other leaders or facilitators to host or teach the Program. The Program is an educational/coaching framework; it is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Know your scope; refer to licensed professionals when appropriate.
